Founded in 1979, Reading Montessori School offers a toddler, preschool and Kindergarten for children ages 18 months-age 6 based on a program developed by Dr. Maria Montessori. Our goal is to foster each child’s development to its fullest potential; physically, intellectually and socially. The Montessori philosophy and specially designed classroom materials help each child develop patterns of independence, concentration, perseverance, thoroughness and self-esteem to become competent learners with a real love of learning as well as respect for themselves, others and their environment.

PROGRAMS

Reading Montessori School offers a toddler, preschool and kindergarten for ages 18m through 6. We have half-day and full-day programs that offer many flexible options for families. The school year runs from September through early June.
